Nicole Richie shows off her white bra in a see-through top while arriving at the 2014 Licensing Expo held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center on Tuesday (June 17) in Las Vegas.

Last week, the 32-year-old fashion designer showed off her blue hair while out and about in Los Angeles.
