Chloe Flower has been getting a little hate from the winners, and even some 2023 Golden Globe Awards viewers tonight.
The musician, who is the one playing the winning music on stage, has also apparently been mistaken for the one who is playing the “wrap up” music to get the winners to hurry up their speeches.
However, host Jerrod Carmichael spoke up for the pianist, saying it’s not her playing that bit. It’s a track.

Ryan Murphy is being honored.
The 57-year-old writer, director, and producer was honored with the Carol Burnett Award at the 2023 Golden Globes held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Tuesday night (January 10) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
After being introduced by Pose star Billy Porter, Ryan said his “mission was to take the invisible, the unloved, and make them the heroes I long to see.”

Cate Blanchett wasn’t in the audience when she was announced as the winner at the 2023 Golden Globes on Tuesday night (January 10) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The 53-year-old actress won in the Best Actress in a Motion Picture Drama for her work on TÁR, beating out the likes of Olivia Colman (Empire of Light), Viola Davis (The Woman King), Ana de Armas (Blonde) and Michelle Williams (The Fabelmans).
The win marked Cate‘s fourth at the Golden Globes and her first since she won in the same category in 2014 for Blue Jasmine. Her first-ever win was in 1999, again in the same category for Elizabeth.
She is now in a four-way tie with Meryl Streep, Ingrid Bergman and Jane Fonda as the actresses with the most wins in the category.
Cate was not the first Golden Globe winner to miss the 2023 ceremony.
Where was Cate? She is currently in production on a project in the U.K.
TÁR went into the evening with three nominees. It lost out to The Banshees of Inisherin for Best Screenplay and is still in the running for Best Motion Picture Drama.

Julia Garner has won her first Golden Globe!
The 28-year-old actress took home the award for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical, Comedy, or Drama for her role as Ruth Langmore in Ozark at the 2023 Golden Globes held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Tuesday night (January 10) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Zendaya won her first-ever Golden Globe at the 2023 ceremony on Tuesday night (January 10). However, she was also the first winner of the evening to miss the awards show.
The 26-year-old actress beat out the likes of Hilary Swank and Emma D’Arcy to win in the Best Actress in a Drama Series for her work on Euphoria. After announcing her as the winner, presenters Glen Powell and Jay Ellis accepted the trophy on her behalf.

Austin Butler is sharing his gratitude with a lot of people after picking up the award for Best Actor at the 2023 Golden Globe Awards.
The 31-year-old star won the award for his role as Elvis Presley in Baz Luhrmann‘s Elvis, and in his speech, thanked not only Baz, but also Tom Hanks, Denzel Washington, his family, and Elvis‘ own family as well.
“I owe this to a bold, visionary filmmaker who allowed me the experience to take risks and I always knew I would be supported. I love you, Baz Luhrmann,” Austin shared on stage, via Variety. “Thank you for believing in me in those moments that I didn’t even believe in myself. I’m so grateful to you. I also want to thank my dance partner, the greatest dance partner I could have ever hoped for, Mr. Tom Hanks.”
Later on in his thank yous, Austin also gave a shout out to the King of Rock n’ Roll himself.
“Lastly, Elvis Presley himself, you are an icon and a rebel. I love you so much. Thank you. You are remembered and I will never forget thank you!” he concluded.

Jeremy Allen White is a winner!
The 31-year-old actor accepted the award for Best Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy award for his portrayal of Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto in The Bear at the 2023 Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Tuesday night (January 10) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
“My fellow nominees. I am in awe of you. I’m not sure where you are, but you’re all legends. It’s an honor just to have my name near yours, truly,” he said during the acceptance speech.
