The 26-year-old Euphoria actress beat out the competition to win in the Best Actress in a Drama Series category. However, she wasn’t on hand at the Beverly Hilton Hotel to deliver an acceptance speech.

Kevin Costner was one of the big winners of the night at the 2023 Golden Globes, but he wasn’t there to accept his award.
The 67-year-old actor won the award for Best Actor – TV Drama at the show, which was held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Tuesday night (January 10) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
Regina Hall presented the award and she gave a hilarious speech to explain why Kevin was not in attendance.

Natasha Lyonne had one of the most memorable moments of the 2023 Golden Globes!

House of the Dragon just picked up its’ first ever at the Golden Globe Award!
Series stars Emma D’Arcy and Milly Alcock joined Miguel Sapochnik on stage to accept the Best Drama Show honor on Tuesday night (January1 10) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
Emma, who shared the role of Rhaenyra Targaryen with Milly, was also nominated for their own award, but lost out to Zendaya for the Best Drama TV Actress award.
“It’s kind of a surreal thing because when I was starting out, I really felt that I had to pretend, to present as a woman in order to find success in this industry,” Emma shared on the red carpet of their first nomination with E! “Anyway, it wasn’t sustainable, and I stopped pretending, and weirdly, it’s at that point that I got nominated for best actress at the Golden Globes, which is beautifully ironic.”
They added, “I think the most important thing is that it implies that the space for trans people and gender-nonconforming people is getting bigger all the time. So, I feel very privileged.”

Regina Hall made one of the best jokes of the evening at the 2023 Golden Globes on Tuesday (January 10), and it all had to do with Brad Pitt.
The 52-year-old Me Time actress took the stage at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif. to present the award for Best Television Actor – Drama Series. Before she could do that, though, she pointed out that the Golden Globes had gotten her name wrong.
“I think they got my name wrong,” she joked. “Yeah. It’s Mrs. Pitt. Brad is right here, so I’m so sorry, honey. No really, that was really disrespectful.”
The camera panned toward Brad to catch his reaction during the bit.

Evan Peters is a winner!
The 35-year-old actor won the award for Best Actor – Limited Series, Anthology Series or Television Motion Picture for his role as Jeffrey Dahmer in Netflix’s Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story during the 2023 Golden Globes on Tuesday (January 10).
In his acceptance speech, Evan thank show creator Ryan Murphy “for letting me be part of your brilliant vision again.”
