Alicia Vikander has been spending the lockdown in France with her husband Michael Fassbender and she’s opening up about what life has been like for them!

The 31-year-old Oscar-winning actress is on the cover of Elle UK‘s October 2020 issue and she says the photo shoot was her first day back at work.

Alicia was asked if Michael ever unsuspectingly walks in the background of her Zoom calls and she said he hasn’t. She added, “But that’s the thing when you’re in your house. There’s always a risk of someone in the background. My husband was often around making coffee or putting the boiler on.”

The couple got married in October 2017 and Alicia told the mag that they decided to settle down in Lisbon, Portugal “to get away from London and big cities.”

Alicia says that she wanted to attend the Black Lives Matter protests while in quarantine, but she stayed home because of COVID-19. “I wanted to be out there but, for obvious reasons, I couldn’t leave my house,” she said.

Alicia and Michael met while working together on the movie The Light Between Oceans. So, will they ever work together again?

The 31-year-old Oscar-winning actress is currently on vacation with her friends and they were spotted doing some grocery shopping that day as well.

You might remember that Ibiza is the city where Alicia and her husband Michael Fassbender got married back in 2017. We have lots of photos from the beach party that they hosted ahead of their wedding day.

If you didn’t know already, Jon is a model who is also pursuing an acting career. He recently made a cameo appearance in the Netflix movie Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga as the host of the big event.

Michael is an executive producer on the movie, which stars Barry Keoghan. He was at the event as well!

Back in January, Michael joined Alicia at the Louis Vuitton event during Paris Fashion Week, but he decided to skip the red carpet.

The new Louis Vuitton campaign is here and it features a star-studded cast of actors, singers, and models on book and film covers.

American Horror Story co-stars Billie Lourd and Cody Fern appear together on the “Secret Spell” cover while Sophie Turner takes the cover of “The Devil’s Mansion.”
