Mahershala Ali and his wife Amatus Sami-Karim sit court side to enjoy the Los Angeles Lakers vs the Golden State Warriors NBA game held at the Staples Center on Monday night (January 21) in Los Angeles.

The 44-year-old actor and his wife cheered hard for the Lakers, who unfortunately lost the game to the Warriors, 111-130.

James Franco and his girlfriend Isabel Pakzad were also in attendance and sat court side to enjoy the game.

It was just announced that Mahershala has been nominated for Best Actor for his role in Green Light at the 2019 Oscars.

Viggo Mortensen is joined by son Henry on the red carpet at the 2019 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday (January 6) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Joining the 60-year-old Green Book star at the event was his co-star Mahershala Ali and his wife Amatus Sami-Karim.

During the show, Mahershala took home the award Best Supporting Actor in a Motion Picture for his role in Green Book!

Mahershala Ali poses for photos alongside co-star Viggo Mortensen at the premiere of their new movie Green Book on Friday night (November 9) at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

The actors looked handsome in a coordinating navy suits as they were joined on the red carpet by co-star Linda Cadellini and director Peter Farrelly.

Mahershala was also joined on the red carpet by wife Amatus Sami-Karim.

Green Book follows a working-class Italian-American bouncer who becomes the driver of an African-American classical pianist on a tour of venues through the 1960s American South.

Mahershala Ali hit the 2018 Academy Awards red carpet with his wife Amatus Sami-Karim!

The 44-year-old actor, who won Best Supporting Actor last year for Moonlight, stepped out for the big night at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday (March 4) in Hollywood.

Mahershala suited up in a dark emerald velvet jacket, while Amatus looked absolutely gorgeous in a light gold gown adorned with colorful birds, finishing off her look with a bright red clutch and lipstick.

The duo welcomed their first child, a daughter named Bari, back in February 2017, just two days before the 2017 Academy Awards.

Mahershala will present tonight’s award for Best Supporting Actress.

Mahershala Ali and his wife Amatus Sami-Karim have officially welcomed their first child!

The 43-year-old Oscar nominated actor took to his Instagram on Friday (February 24) to share that their daughter Bari was born earlier this week.

“Bari (Bar-ee) Najma Ali �’�2/22/17 #pisces,” Mahershala wrote on his account.

He also included and adorable photo of Amatus kissing the baby girl in the hospital room.

This is the first child for Mahershala and Amatus, who have been married since 2013, after meeting as students at NYU.

The cast of Moonlight won Best Acting Ensemble at the 22nd Critics’ Choice Awards!

Members of the cast including Naomie Harris, Janelle Monae, Mahershala Ali with his wife, artist Amatus Sami-Karim, Alex Hibbert, Ashton Sanders, and director Barry Jenkins were all in attendance at the show on Sunday (December 11) at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif.

Later on in the show, Mahershala won Best Supporting Actor for his work in the film as well!
