Julianne Hough is clarifying something that her husband Brooks Laich said about her!

“We’re both so open. We never ask each other for permission because that means somebody has power over one another. We just make sure we know we respect each other. Whatever topic he brings up, it’s great,” Julianne said when asked if she approves the topics he talks about on his podcast, How Men Think.

She did, however, say that he misspoke after a recent episode!

“There was definitely something he misquoted on one of his podcast episodes, though. I was like, ‘Let me clear that up.’ He likes to suck on my toes, I don’t like it!” Julianne said.

On a past episode, Brooks said his wife “really enjoys” getting her toes sucked. “True story. Hey, we play around. Why not?” he added.

It has been an eventful week for Julianne and Brooks as they made headlines several times.

First, Brooks opened up about how he wants Julianne to take his last name.

Second, Julianne went nude on the cover of Women’s Health magazine and said how she is “not straight.”

Brooks Laich has revealed that it’s important to him that his wife Julianne Hough take his last name.

The 31-year-old dancer and TV personality and 36-year-old hockey player got married in July of 2017 but she has not changed her name.

“When we first met and got engaged and stuff, we had this conversation. I was like, ‘I want you to take my last name.’ I said that. It was important to me,” Brooks said on the How Men Think podcast.

“To me right now, it’s not that big of an issue,” he added. “We don’t have any kids right now, but she doesn’t have my last name.”

Brooks continued, “I figured it would be an issue, but I’m surprised for myself now that it’s not an issue. But, it will be interesting to see when we have kids. When we have children, I would want them to have my last name, our last name.”

He then said, “To be fully honest, I would like my wife to have my last name, whether it’s now or sometime in the near future or far future.”

Julianne Hough is getting real about intimacy.

The 30-year-old dancer and actress revealed that she and husband Brooks Laich consulted with a sex therapist to get the most out of their sex life.

“A lot of people don’t know even what they want. My curiosity has saved my life and honestly saved our relationship many times because we’ve been curious about like, ‘Hey, something doesn’t feel right. Instead of just accepting it for how it is, let’s look into something,’” Julianne said on Brooks‘ How Men Think podcast.

The couple found an online sex therapist, who provides tests to help determine their “erotic blueprints” and sexual comparability.

Julianne continued, “When I took the test, I realized that there were certain things that gave me connection and intimacy that were different than what gave Brooks connection and intimacy. By almost learning each other’s language — sort of like love languages — it was almost like a menu of how we could please each other sexually, but also intimately.”

Derek Hough and Julianne Hough have a family night at Steven Tyler‘s 2019 Grammy Awards Viewing Party!

The dancers, ages 33 and 30, respectively, stepped out for the event held to benefit Janies Fund and presented by Live Nation at Raleigh Studios on Sunday (February 10) in Los Angeles.

Julianne, joined by husband Brooks Laich, wore a crystal and celestial embellished halter top and black silk trousers.

She snapped a pic with Ashlee Simpson while inside.

Also in attendance were Rumer Willis, Jesse Metcalfe, and Emile Hirsch.

“Wrapping up the weekend at @iamstevent’s viewing party and raising money for @janiesfund, an incredible program that helps & heals girls who have suffered the trauma from abuse and neglect,” Julianne shared on Instagram.
