Colman Domingo is looking back at his time with his late Euphoria co-star Angus Cloud.
In an interview with People released on Monday (August 7), the 53-year-old actor opened up about what it was like working with Angus, who passed away in late July at the age of 25.

The death of Euphoria star Angus Cloud has sent shockwaves throughout Hollywood, and celebrities and fans from all over have since posted numerous tributes to the actor, including Zendaya and the show’s creator, Sam Levinson.
Prior to his death, Angus had been coping with the death of his father Conor Hickey, who succumbed to cancer on May 18, 2023. Angus had also posted a tribute to his father on his Instagram, which has since become one of his final social media posts.
The Oakland, California native was working at a restaurant in New York before making his 2019 acting debut in Euphoria. It led to his character Fezco “Fez” O’Neill becoming a fan-favorite amongst viewers, full of scenes that may ask people why Angus didn’t start acting a long time ago.

Season three of Euphoria is on many people’s minds right now amid the sudden and shocking death of actor Angus Cloud.
Season two aired in early 2022 and the third season was actually scheduled to go in production soon, but was delayed due to the strikes in Hollywood.
Reports claimed back in April 2023 that the show would begin filming in June and that the third season would feature a time jump of up to five years.
Costume designer Heidi Bivens told Vogue, “I’m really excited to read the scripts. There is talk of it being approximately five years in the future, and that they’re not in high school anymore. Dorothy’s not in Kansas anymore. I mean, it might be a total trip. Who can say? But knowing Sam’s brain, it’s gonna be exciting, and he will challenge all of us, because he won’t want to repeat himself. It’ll be something new for the audience to discover.”
Back in May 2023, an HBO executive said that season three “ideally” will be released in 2025.
“Euphoria is one of those that we had begun writing in tandem with post-production on The Idol but at this point, we don’t have countless scripts,” Francesca Orsi told Deadline. “We can’t start shooting, so the delivery of that show — ideally in 2025 — will be determined on when we can pick back up with Sam [Levinson], who at this point is all pencils down and just finishing posts on Idol.”

The cast and crew of Euphoria are reacting to the sudden and shocking death of actor Angus Cloud, who played Fez on the popular HBO series.
Euphoria, starring two-time Emmy winner Zendaya, premiered in 2019 and the second season aired in 2022. Season three is still on the way, though production is delayed because of the strikes happening in Hollywood.
Sadly, the show will have to move on without Angus and his co-workers are mourning his loss.
