They grow up so fast!

Jessica Alba posted an emotional update on her Instagram on Wednesday (September 9).

In the post, Jessica is seen in tears after realizing that Honor, her 12-year-old daughter with husband Cash Warren, is now taller than her.

“The moment you realize your number 1 baby is taller than you 😩😩😩,” Jessica captioned the sweet post. She welcomed Honor back in June of 2008, a month after tying the knot. They also have daughter Haven, 9, and Hayes, 2.

Jessica and husband Cash Warren recently got candid about their parenting styles.

“One thing that Jessica and I are 100 percent aligned on is that we’re not raising a–holes. If they get out of line, we’re not going to stand for it. We’ve tried to maintain the values our parents taught us,” Cash said. See what else they said!

Jessica Alba and Honor Warren aren’t letting the quarantine get in the way of their summer fun.

The 39-year-old L.A.’s Finest star and her 11-year-old daughter showed off Aerie‘s Real Good Swim Collection in a new video posted on social media on Thursday (May 21).

“Backyard beach day w my Honorcita #twinningitup in @aerie Real Good collection swimsuits made from recycled plastic bottles! ♻️👙👯‍♀️,” Jessica wrote on her Instagram.

The mother-daughter duo showed off their Aerie monochromatic loungewear sets, as well as their matching leopard print bikinis and cover ups. And you can get the looks right here!

Jessica Alba can maybe add hair stylist to her resume after giving her daughters, Honor and Haven, quarantine trims.

The 39-year-old actress documented the experience in a brand new YouTube video, where she phones her own hair stylist, Jen Atkin, for help.

“Scissors are sharp,” Jessica confessed at one point in the video, showing off the bandages on her hands. “I cut myself a few times…this one keeps bleeding.”

“This is my first time ever giving my girls haircuts! Honor had to take school pictures so I thought it would be fun to give DIY haircuts at home,” Jessica also shared in the notes section.

She added later that the experience has made her have “SO much newfound respect for hair stylists!”

Chris Pratt, Kelly Ripa‘s son Michael, Emily Ratajkowski, Maya Hawke and more have also taken the plunge with quarantine haircuts.

A family affair!

Jessica Alba was joined by her adorable family while hosting the 2019 Baby2Baby Holiday Party presented By FRAME and Uber at the Montage Beverly Hills on Sunday (December 15) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Jessica happily posed for a family photograph with her children Honor, Hayes and Haven, as well as her hubby Cash Warren at the holiday event.

Baby2Baby is a charity organization dedicated to providing impoverished children from the ages of 0 to 12 years with clothing, diapers and other basic necessities. Jessica Alba is on the organization’s Board of Directors alongside Busy Philipps and Kelly Rowland, who both were also in attendance at the holiday bash.

Jessica Alba is dancing her way into the weekend with her daughter Honor!

The 38-year-old actress posted a video of her and Honor, 11, doing a dance. She captioned the clip, “Going into the weekend like…. 😜 woah.”

Jessica‘s LA’s Finest co-star Gabrielle Union commented, “Still learning the steps.”

Chelsea Handler noted how Honor looks so much like her dad Cash Warren. She wrote, “She’s like a mini cash, too. Everyone looks like cash in this family. Even you.”

Jessica Alba revealed that she goes to therapy with her eldest daughter, Honor, 10.

The 38-year-old actress spoke about it at the Her Campus Media’s eighth annual Her Conference over the weekend.

Ultimately, Jessica decided to attend therapy with Honor to “learn to be a better mother to her and communicate better with her.”

“Some people think, like in my family, you talk to a priest and that’s it,” Jessica added (via THR). “I don’t really feel comfortable talking to him about my feelings.”

“I didn’t grow up in an environment where you talked about this stuff, and it was just like shut it down and keep it moving,” she continued. “So I find a lot of inspiration just in talking to my kids.”

On finding a new home with her husband Cash Warren: “We wanted a place to watch our kids play and grow up.”

On choosing her dream home on the first day of their search: “I thought, I have an imagination and I know what I want. I walked in and knew within 20 minutes, even though [the previous owners’ style] wasn’t our vibe, this was exactly what we were looking for.”

On being inspired by Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi‘s home: “They’d have us over for holiday parties, and we’d leave and say to each other, ‘Their house is so sick!’”
