One Tree Hill hunk James Lafferty is dating Eve Hewson, the daughter of U2 rock legend Bono (she was born Memphis Eve Hewson).

James, 25, and Eve, 19, looked like quite the couple on Tuesday (December 28) while watching the Leopardstown Horse Races with her dad and mom Ali from their private box in Dublin, Ireland. “They looked adorable together,” an onlooker tells JustJared.com. “Eve kept whispering in James’ ear and they exchanged a few kisses.”

Eve stars in the upcoming crime thriller, This Must Be The Place, alongside Sean Penn and Frances McDormand. New episodes of One Tree Hill‘s 8th season returns on Tuesday, January 25th on The CW!

UPDATE: A JJ reader writes in, “James and Eve were making out at a recent concert for Brooklyn-based alternative/rock band Wakey Wakey held at Maxwell’s, Hoboken, NJ, on November 20. They hung out at the with friends after the concert and looked adorable together!” (James is good friends with lead singer Mike Grubbs and also stars in Wakey Wakey’s “Car Crash” video.)

One Tree Hill hunk James Lafferty stops to sign autographs for fans on Wednesday (April 22) in Paris, France.

The 23-year-old eligible bachelor was seen out hanging out with a girl last night, who people claim to be Sophia Bush, but is not. It’s Fabienne Darnaud, a news anchor who recently interviewed.

During a recent French radio interview, James was asked what he thought of the French translation voice-overs for OTH. “It’s great I think,” he shared. “[My character] sounds a little older than me and distinguished.”More Here! »

One Tree Hill hunk James Lafferty promotes the DVD release of his show’s 5th season on Tuesday (April 21) in Paris, France.

The 23-year-old actor, who’s in town with his little brother Stuart, admitted he’s single! (Video here) Either he’s playing coy or really is no longer dating costar Sophia Bush.

During one of his radio stints, James also shared, “I think that France is beautiful. I’ve been here for about 24 hours, so I didn’t get to see that much of it but it’s been really, really nice. French people have been very incredibly nice and cordial and inviting. I’m sure it’s going to be more of the same for the rest of my stay.”

Sophia Bush and rumored boyfriend James Lafferty, both co-stars on One Tree Hill, arrive together at LAX airport in Los Angeles on Monday.

The couple patiently waited for their luggage and for Sophia‘s one-eyed pit bull, Patch, to arrive so she could load him into her car.

Late last month, Sophia, 25, and James, 22, were supposedly looking cozy in a corner at NYC’s Meatpacking hotspot 1Oak with her hand on his thigh.

Could this be another One Tree Hill real-life romance? (Sophia and co-star Chad Michael Murray were once upon a time married.)
