In a statement, the revealed they “have made the difficult decision to divorce. As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect of our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives.”

The 50-year-old Modern Family actress held on close to the 46-year-old Magic Mike actor as they left Avra after dinner on Tuesday night (February 14) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
