Naomi Scott gets animated with her hands while chatting with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show about her upcoming projects on Monday (November 4).

The 26-year-old actress opened up about how different she actually is from her character in the film, Elena, who is a tech genius.

“All my character talked about was blockchain, and I remember I went in and Liz Banks [director] is so smart…she was explaining it to me, and I was not getting it.”

Naomi continues, “She got a piece of paper out and was drawing a diagram. I was like ‘she’s going to recast me because I don’t know what blockchain is’…to this day, I don’t know what blockchain means.”

LOL!

Naomi is also pictured below heading to another appearance in New York City on Tuesday (November 5).

Here’s what the stars had to share with the mag…

Kristen, on relating to her character in Charlie’s Angels: “You think [my character's] a hard-ass, but she actually just doesn’t quite know how to [connect]. …[M]y younger self could’ve related to that immensely. [Even now] I know how to hide, and not [be] in the center of things. But now I feel like I have this very solid, modest ‘square-one’ [in my life]—this [foundation]. I know how to treat people and, you know, that sometimes takes a long time. Like, even just knowing how to really be open with the people in your life, or having them as close to me as possible…That is really important. I have family, and all of my friends. My dogs are a very centering factor in my life. [So] my square one is very solid, but I [also] like feeling off-kilter. It’s not about creating chaos—I am just on a constant search.”

Kristen on what people think about her before meeting her: “I think … [people assume] that I’m, like, over-serious. Because I can be over-serious!”

Naomi, on what Kristen is actually like: “No, you’re not though… One of my favorite things to do, when people ask, ‘What is Kristen like?’ is to just say, ‘Let me tell you how cool this person is…’ The frustrating part is feeling like you understand this person [in a way others don’t].”

Kristen Stewart, Ella Balinska, and Naomi Scott are ready for action in the new trailer for the upcoming Charlie’s Angels reboot!

The co-stars team up in the new visual, released on Friday (October 11).

The film, directed by Elizabeth Banks, also stars Elizabeth, Sam Claflin, Noah Centineo, and Patrick Stewart.

Here’s the synopsis: “The next generation of fearless Charlie’s Angels take flight. In Elizabeth Banks‘ bold vision, Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, and Ella Balinska are working for the mysterious Charles Townsend, whose security and investigative agency has expanded internationally. The 29-year-old actress made some funny faces for photographers as she arrived at the dinner honoring her Charlie’s Angels director Elizabeth Banks on Wednesday night (September 25) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott and Ella Balinska dished all about meeting each other for the first time on set of Charlie’s Angels on last night’s (September 23) Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Kristen, 29, told the adorable story of their awkward encounter, saying she was “super amped and kind of nervous” to meet her Charlie’s Angels co-stars.

“I was like, ‘I need to love these girls because I’m a terrible liar,’” Kristen continued on meeting Naomi first. “I did this thing that I was really embarrassed about. I thought maybe I lost her before I could even like make an impression.”

“The thing is: Now I know Kristen, it makes perfect sense,” Noami Scott said, acknowledging that Stewart was nervous and did a gesture that was actually “super cute.”

Later in the show, writer-director-star Elizabeth Banks joined the cast and revealed why she chose them for the movie.
