Vera Farmiga is all smiles as she hits the red carpet at the premiere of her anticipated film The Conjuring 2 held as part of the 2016 Los Angeles Film Festival at the TCL Chinese Theatre IMAX on Tuesday (June 7) in Hollywood.

The 42-year-old actress was joined by her co-stars Patrick Wilson, Frances O’Connor, Madison Wolfe, Lauren Esposito, Daniel Wolfe, and Bonnie Aarons, and director James Wan, as well as Scott Foley and his wife Marika Dominczyk, Nestor Carbonell, and Vera‘s husband Renn Hawkey.

The Conjuring 2 will be released in theaters on June 10 – Check out a brand new clip below!

Great news for fans of Bates Motel – the show just got renewed for not one, but two more seasons!

Freddie Highmore and Vera Farmiga will return to lead the cast of the A&E series in a 20-episode pickup for seasons four and five.

“The vision of our incredible creative team has exposed the steady breakdown of the relationship between Norman and Norma Bates,” said A&E & Lifetime EVP and GM Rob Sharenow. “We are thrilled to bring fans two more seasons to witness the next stages of Norman’s transformation into the most notorious psychopath in cinematic history.”

Also starring in the series are Max Thieriot, Olivia Cooke, and Nestor Carbonell.

Freddie Highmore dons a blue sweater while shooting scenes for the third season of his show Bates Motel on Sunday (February 22) in Aldergrove, Canada.

The 23-year-old English actor was joined by his co-stars Vera Farmiga and Nestor Carbonell, who plays a police sheriff on the show.

Vera Farmiga hits the red carpet at the 2014 A&E Networks Upfronts on Thursday evening (May 8) at the Park Avenue Armory in New York City.

The 40-year-old actress was joined at the event by her Bates Motel co-stars Max Thieriot, Olivia Cooke, and Nestor Carbonell.

It was just announced that Vera will be joining the cast of the upcoming true-crime movie Facing the Wind, according to Variety.

The film follows recounts the “story of Bob Rowe, a New York lawyer and model husband (Alessandro Nivola) who killed his wife (Farmiga) and three children in 1978 – leading to his subsequent search for redemption after avoiding a prison sentence by pleading the insanity defense at trial.”

Bates Motel has been renewed for a third season and we’re so excited that we’ll be getting more of this great show!

The series will return for a ten-episode third season in 2015.

“The incredible writing team and talented Bates Motel cast has made this series one of the most compelling original dramas on television,” said network executive vice president and general manager David McKillop. “The brilliant twists and turns of the past two seasons keep its loyal fan base coming back for more. We are so proud of the show.”
