Mandy Moore performed a live version of the song “Only Hope,” which she sang in her 2002 film A Walk to Remember!

The 35-year-old actress and singer has barely ever sung the song live. Obviously she performed it in the film, and for the movie’s album. She also performed it during a concert in the Philippines back in November of 2003, making it over 16 years since she has performed the song.

The song was performed during Mandy and her husband Taylor Goldsmith‘s Instagram Live and he accompanied her on the guitar. During the Live video, she mentioned she will sing the song on her next tour.

Mandy Moore and her husband Taylor Goldsmith had to end their Christmas vacation earlier than planned after they got hit with poisoning.

The married couple traveled to Ecuador with a group of fellow hikers to make the trek up Cotapaxi, but they weren’t able to continue with everyone else after a “major bout of food poisoning (on day two).”

Mandy and Taylor have been avid hikers for the past couple years.

“Sometimes things don’t go according to plan. For someone slightly type A (like myself), it’s challenging not drive myself absolutely crazy when things veer in a different direction. I love an end of year lesson (one that I’ve encountered a million times before and will again, btw). Wasn’t meant to be,” Mandy wrote on Instagram. “We’d planned this extraordinary trip to hike Cotapaxi in Ecuador with my favorite friend and guide @melissaarnot, when T and I both got knocked out simultaneously with a major bout of food poisoning (on Day 2) and couldn’t continue on the trip- we just wouldn’t be able to catch up on hydration, nutrition and rest to complete any more acclimatization hikes before our summit push.”

“In any case… we made the tough call to travel home (wow- that wasn’t fun lol) and got back yesterday. We showered and crawled into bed-shells of ourselves- but quickly had the kitties/ dogs by our side and our own Mountain View out the window to enjoy. I think the Universe must have wanted us to slow down and just savor some time at home. And we shall,” Mandy continued. “It just means that there are more adventures to come…… Oh and we can not WAIT to get back to Ecuador- we absolutely loved our short journey and have already chatted about returning with a more all encompassing look at the whole country (not just the 🏔 😉).”

She concluded, “Ok off to binge some tv with 🐈 in my lap. Hope everyone is having a happy and healthy holiday break!! XO.”

Mandy Moore is giving a glimpse inside her honeymoon!

The 34-year-old This Is Us star took to her Instagram Stories on Saturday (December 29) to share tons of photos and videos from her recent honeymoon with husband Taylor Goldsmith.

The newlyweds recently traveled to Chile where they spent the past few days hiking and adventuring across the mountains across the country.

Mandy and Taylor married back in November in a very intimate ceremony in front of about 50 friends and family members.

In the last post, Mandy expressed how grateful she and Taylor were for the trip.

“Trip of a lifetime. Thanks to my sweet husband for indulging me in an [sic] trip where we could be active in the outdoors every single day,” Mandy wrote. “And Chile has SO much to offer in that sense. I was truly blown away by the people, the culture, the scenery. I can’t wait to go back.”

The 34-year-old This Is Us actress and the 33-year-old musician were spotted grabbing groceries together on Sunday (November 25) in Los Angeles.

This is the first time Mandy and Taylor have stepped out together in public since their wedding one week before (November 18) in Los Angeles.

The wedding was reportedly in front of a group of about 50 family members and friends. The two first began dating in 2015, and got engaged in 2017.

The 34-year-old This Is Us star and 33-year-old Dawes frontman said “I do” on Sunday (November 18) in Los Angeles, E! News reports.

A source said of the nuptials, “There was a small group of family and friends that looked to be about 50 people.”

Celeb guests included Minka Kelly, Wilmer Valderrama, Milo Ventimiglia, Chrissy Metz and Sterling K. Brown.

The pair, who began dating in 2015, got engaged last year.
