Alice is back in 1999 once again and has a huge favor to ask Elliot in this exclusive new clip from The Way Home.

The brand new episode of Hallmark Channel‘s newest series will air Sunday, February 5 at 9 p.m.

In “What’s My Age Again?”, Alice (Sadie Laflamme-Snow) opens up to Elliot (David Webster) about helping her spy on Kat’s (Alex Hook) first date with Brady, who ends up being her dad in modern times.

Here’s what else happens in the episode: In present day, Kat (Chyler Leigh) makes surprising discoveries with lasting implications, while Del (Andie MacDowell) tries to hold on to a connection to her relationship with Colton.

Sadie Laflamme-Snow is one of the newest Hallmark Channel stars that fans are fast falling in love with!

The actress stars on The Way Home as Alice Dhawan, who seems to be taking a shine to her new home in Port Haven – however, it seems to be all because she has the ability to time travel back to 1999, and it’s there that she meets her mom as a teenager.

“Right away, I gravitated to the character because of how deep feeling and emotional Alice is and how when things get rough she can kind of shut her closest people out,” Sadie told JustJared about her connection with the character.

On top of that, she added that she and Alice also “both love our coffee and our Doc Martens.”

Sadie also spoke to us about the relationship between Alice and her mom, Kat.

“I hope that Alice’s trips to 1999 can help her get some insight about why her mom is the way she is,” she shared. “Her mom has been through a lot and Alice will start to understand that. I can promise viewers that Kat and Alice will go through some major life events that will force them together.”

She then teased, “I won’t speak to what those events are because when I got those scripts it took me days to pick my jaw up off the floor.”

Alice goes mircophice-ing about what really happened to Jacob in a new sneak peek for The Way Home‘s new episode.

In the debut episode last week, Alice was still in 1999 – but it looks like she does make it back!

Here’s the full summary for the new episode: Kat (Chyler Leigh) considers an offer to write a book about Jacob’s (Remy Smith) disappearance more than two decades prior, but Del (Andie MacDowell) wants to close that chapter and move on from the past.

Meanwhile, with the guidance of Elliot (Evan Williams), Alice (Sadie Laflamme-Snow) starts to piece together how the pond works as she yearns to return to the past.

Tune into the new episode TONIGHT, January 22 at 9 p.m. on Hallmark Channel.

Like many other actors right now, Andie MacDowell had to go back to the past to portray a character for Hallmark‘s The Way Home.

The series, which centers on three generations of women within the Landry family, who reunite, following years apart after a tragedy tore them apart, will feature Andie with her brunette hair once again.

Speaking with Parade, Andie opened up about donning a wig for the flashback scenes in the series, and how she reacted to seeing herself like that once again.

The premiere of Hallmark Channel‘s brand new series, The Way Home, is tonight!

Here’s the series summary: Following the lives of three generations of women — Kat Landry, her 15-year-old daughter, Alice, and Kat’s mother, Del, who are all strong, willful and independent. More than 20 years prior, life-changing events prompted Kat to move away from her small, Canadian farm town of Port Haven and she remains estranged from Del to this day.

Alice has never met her grandmother and is unaware of the reasons for their fractured family. With Kat’s marriage coming to an end and having just been laid off from her job, she decides to return home after receiving an unexpected letter from Del urging her to come back. Although Alice is not thrilled, Kat and her daughter arrive at her family’s farm — and the reunion isn’t what Kat had envisioned.

As the three generations of women slowly work on finding their footing as a family, they embark on an enlightening journey none of them could have imagined as they learn how to find their way back to each other.

Hallmark Channel has officially added Chyler Leigh to its upcoming series, The Way Home.

The 40-year-old actress will join Andie MacDowell in the recently announced show and will play Andie‘s daughter, Kat Landry.

Here’s the official summary: Kat Landry, who moved away from her small, Canadian farm town of Port Haven many years ago following a family tragedy, and remains estranged from her mother Del to this day.

With her marriage coming to an end and having just been laid off from her job, Kat decides to return home after receiving an unexpected letter from Del urging her to come back. Although her 15-year-old daughter Alice is none-too-thrilled, Kat and her daughter arrive at her family’s farm, though the reunion isn’t what Kat had envisioned.

The series comes from Heartland‘s Heather Conkie and Alexandra Clarke. The Way Home will begin production this summer and is expected to premiere in 2023.
