So many celebs stepped out for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences 13th Governors Awards, and we’re recapping all of the looks from the red carpet!

The event took place at the Fairmont Century Plaza on Saturday night (November 19) in Los Angeles, and it was attended by the likes of Jonathan Majors, Olivia Wilde, Gabrielle Union, Eddie Redmayne, Margot Robbie, Janelle Monae and Austin Butler.

Sherriff Woody Pride and Buzz Lightyear are still going on adventures together all these years later.

Tim Allen, the voice behind Buzz, revealed that he is still quite close to Tom Hanks, the voice behind Woody in the classic movies.

He opened up about their relationship during an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show and revealed how they keep in touch.

Tom Hanks made a surprise appearance on the new episode of Saturday Night Live, and he brought plenty of nostalgia to the Halloween-themed show.

The 66-year-old Cast Away actor reprised his role of David S. Pumpkins, which he originated in 2016 and brought back in 2017.

This time around, he was a featured performer on a haunting ride called Cellblock 666, and he caused a bit of a scene.

Tom Hanks will be back on the big screen at the end of the year and he’s set to play the “grumpiest man in America” in A Man Called Otto.

The film is based on the #1 New York Times best-selling book and tells the story of Otto Anderson (Hanks), a grumpy widower who is very set in his ways. When a lively young family moves in next door, he meets his match in quick-witted and very pregnant Marisol, leading to an unlikely friendship that will turn his world upside-down. Experience a funny, heartwarming story about how some families come from the most unexpected places.

Also starring in the movie are Mariana Trevino, Rachel Keller, and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo.

Finding Neverland‘s Marc Forster directed the movie and Tom produced it alongside his wife Rita Wilson. The film will be released exclusively in New York and Los Angeles on December 25 ahead of a wide opening on January 13.

Julia Roberts joined her Ticket to Paradise co-star George Clooney and his wife Amal at the 2022 HISTORYTalks event held on Saturday evening (September 24) at the DAR Constitution Hall in Washington, DC.

HISTORYTalks is a limited series of “premium live events that invites audiences across the country to hear directly from global leaders, trailblazers, authors and filmmakers. HISTORYTalks explores our nation’s past to understand our present and illuminate our future,” according to the official website.

Julia, George, and Amal all spoke during the event.

The cast of Pinocchio stepped out to celebrate the film’s premiere just hours before it debuted on Disney+!

Tom Hanks was joined by Cynthia Erivo, Luke Evans, and newcomer Benjamin Evan Ainsworth at the red carpet event on Wednesday night (September 7) at Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, Calif.

The cast members walked the carpet with director Robert Zemeckis at the event, where Tom was joined by his wife Rita Wilson.

Pinocchio is a live-action remake of the classic animated Disney film and it’s now streaming on Disney+ in celebration of Disney+ Day. In addition to beloved songs from the original movie, there are new original songs composed by Academy Award nominees Alan Silvestri and Glen Ballard.
