The numbers are in!

A new study conducted by SecureCheats has revealed the most popular video game soundtracks, as well as their estimated earnings on Spotify.

After determining the 50 most popular video games from IMDb, the gaming experts then analyzed Spotify data for 29 of the games. The data was limited to the most streamed top 10 songs per soundtrack for an accurate analysis, and the earnings for the top ten songs of every game soundtrack was put through the Spotify royalty calculator.

Xbox Game Pass is losing some beloved titles!

Subscribers may be sad to learn that several of their favorite video games will be removed from the service. Games are removed midway through the month, and at the end of the month. And as of the end of February, we’re losing seven titles. However, two more are being added!

The service allows users to have access to a rotating catalog of games for a single monthly subscription price. However, much like streaming TV, that means titles get added and removed all of the time.

Death Stranding is becoming a movie!

The popular video game is getting a big-screen adaptation, Variety confirmed.

Creator Hideo Kojima‘s Kojima Productions will partner with producer Alex Lebovici’s Hammerstone Studios to develop and produce the film, based on the 2019 video game.

The Bayonetta voice acting saga is getting more convoluted.

Hellena Taylor, the actress who voiced the title character in the first two Bayonetta video games, made headlines earlier in the month when she asked fans to boycott the upcoming third game, claiming she was offered $4,000 as a flat rate to do the whole game’s voiceover work.

Ultimately, the offer went to actress Jennifer Hale instead.

Hellena Taylor, the actress who voiced the title character in the first two Bayonetta video games, is asking fans to boycott the upcoming third game.

The video games are among the most popular games ever made and have earned the creators hundreds of millions of dollars, but Hellena didn’t see any of that money.

In a new video posted to social media, Hellena explained to fans that she was paid an incredibly small amount of money compared to the profits made by the video game company, so she decided to not return for the third game.
