Sex and the City Makes a Point
Sex and the City gals Cynthia Nixon, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall and Kristin Davis arrive at a benefit for the Point Foundation at Capitale on Monday in New York City.
The Point Foundation celebrates current and future champions of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community. Cynthia, 41, received the Point Courage Award in honor of her work on stage/film/television, her commitment to education and her courage and support of the LGBT community.
She said, “It was just a real honor to be considered a role model. The more I met these young people – it’s just very inspiring to know that the Point Foundation is there for them.” Ms. Nixon then spoke about the upcoming SATC movie (out May 30), “It was such a period in all our lives. And we thought it was all over, and to go back to it was amazing!”
Judith Light, 59, (Who’s the Boss?, Ugly Betty) also stopped by to support the event!
