Slumdog Millionaire Wins Golden Globe -- Best Movie
Slumdog Millionaire‘s Dev Patel, Freida Pinto (in Christian Lacroix), and director Danny Boyle picked up the most coveted award, “Best Motion Picture – Drama” at the 2009 Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 11) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The film was four for four at the ceremony — Boyle also picked up Best Director, Simon Beaufoy for Best Screenplay and A. R. Rahman for Best Original Score.

I’m glad this movie won the Best Picture, best choice. The movie also won 5 awards in the Critics Awards! You should watch this movie!!! and added attraction after the movie is the group dance in the train station, that’s awesome!!! Congrats to the cast and to those people in Mumbai. Kudos to those kids who played Dev, his brother and Freida.
Just saw it yesterday. Truly beautiful and brilliant film. Deserved every award.
What a terrible dress. It looks like something her mother made in a hurry. Look at those ruffles, so poorly made. But the girl is very pretty. And this movie is great and desrves every award it got and more.
