Sean Hayes: Hosting 2010 Tony Awards!

Sean Hayes has been named the host of the 2010 Tony Awards!

“I am absolutely thrilled to be hosting the Tony Awards,” Sean, 39, said. “As the new guy on Broadway, it’s an honor to be included in the established alumni” (via Playbill).

Sean is up for a Tony for his role in Broadway’s Promises, Promises opposite Kristin Chenoweth.

Catch the The 2010 Tony Awards LIVE on Sunday, June 13 at 8/7c on CBS!

    I love how he thought he was in the closet all those years he was on Will and Grace. It’s like we all knew, why even come out? lol

    Just saw him yesterday on Broadway in “Promises,Promises”.He was fantastic.I was so so impressed with his acting and singing.

    If they didn’t pick Neal Patrick Harris again this year, then Sean was the way to go. If they got both and added Nathan Lane, it would be the holy trinity of Broadway gay and the best awards show in history.
