Lea Michele kicks off the red carpet for the 2011 Golden Globe Awards at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 16) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 24-year-old Glee star strutted down the red carpet in a salmon silk faille one shoulder gown with cascading ruffle detail from Oscar de la Renta, Christian Louboutin shoes, Lorraine Schwartz jewels and Judith Leiber bag.
