OlderElizabeth Olsen: Gotham Film Awards with Charlize Theron!
Elizabeth Olsen poses on the red carpet of IFP’s Gotham Independent Film Awards held at Cipriani Wall Street on Monday night (November 28) in New York City.
The 22-year-old Martha Marcy May Marlene actress, in a Valentino dress and Kwiat jewels, was joined at the awards show by Young Adult‘s Charlize Theron and her co-star Patton Oswalt.

Lizzie was nominated that evening for Best Breakthrough Actor for her role in MMMM. She was up against Like Crazy‘s Felicity Jones, The Descendants‘ Shailene Woodley, Gun Hill Road‘s Harmony Santana, and Terri‘s Jacob Wysocki. Felicity (pictured inside) took home the prize.
FYI: Charlize is wearing a Gucci dress, Tom Ford shoes, an Alexander McQueen bag, Fred Leighton jewelry, and a Jennifer Behr headwrap.
Felicity is wearing Proenza Schouler, while Shailene is wearing Dolce&Gabbana.

Sorry but it’s not right that Elizabeth Olsen gets first billing over Charlize Theron in this post. It’s also not right that you posted an unflattering shot of Theron. She looked so beautiful that night!

and agree with purple poet- not flattering shot used, so many good ones. Also i love how natural her close up looks though- you can see lines and crows feet on her face- perfect and graceful aging for a 36 year old.
That is one sexy outfit! Charlize Theron rocks. Can’t wait to see her upcoming movies.
Charlize Theron looks gorgeous as always. I’d really love to see Young Adult and hopefully the buzz about possibility of Oscars is true.

Why are people getting so worked up over Elizabeth being mentioned first? She’s a great actress. Not as experienced as Charlize, but definitely deserving of recongition as well. For some reason Elizabeth looks round and fat here…
