Adam Levine performs with The Beach Boys‘ Mike Love at the 2012 Grammy Awards held at Staples Center on Sunday (February 12) in Los Angeles.
The 32-year-old Maroon 5 frontman performed “Surfer Girl” before introducing Foster the People who sang “Wouldn’t It Be Nice.”
The Beach Boys – Mike, Bruce Johnston, David Marks, Brian Wilson, and Al Jardine – then took the stage together and celebrated their 50th anniversary by treating the crowd to “Good Vibrations”!

Foster the People sounded really good.
So did Adam Levine but his backup singers were louder than him so I could barely him.

it really DID suck. long after adam i-love-me and foster whoever are forgotten, people will still be singing the beach boys. and they deserved better than that.

Originally, Carl Wilson, with his mellow, kinda-high-pitched vocal sang the verses of “Good Vibrations” – here Brian sang it. Necessary, I guess. I do miss Carl’s voice on that, but it is good to finally see Brian happy to be back at it on stage with The Beach Boys again!
the Beach Boys may be older but they weren’t half bad at all..certainly better that the first 2 tribute songs by Maroon 5 and Foster the People yuck
Admittedly, Foster the People disappointed me, but Adam Levine did a fantastic job performing. His voice was a perfect match for this tribute. Also, The Beach Boys did a fine job themselves, considering how old they are now.
Most of you people need to understand how someone can sound… Adam Levine sounds bad and out of pitch…
