Alexander Skarsgard is smoking hot in the ad campaign for Calvin Klein‘s new men fragrance, Encounter!
The 35-year-old True Blood star will be featured in the brand’s upcoming campaign, which will also include a TV campaign with model Lara Stone.

“Their idea for their concept was very intriguing to me — it was almost like a short film and very film noir. It felt interesting to me,” Alexander told WWD. “I wanted to be involved with something where you tell a story — even though it’s a short story.”

He looks wonderful and I love the way the photos are done. I can’t wait to see the t.v. spots. Didn’t Lara and he do the shoot for Vogue together? I’m glad he had someone he had already worked with. Always makes for better chemistry in the pictures, since they have some level of comfort already.

Alex looks amazing in these ads. I can’t wait to see the tv spot for it. I like it when they do a bit longer commercials to tell a story. It will be great exposure for him and right in time for the premiere of TB. I wonder if they’ll air the ads during the episodes.

I’m glad that Alexander is doing this campaign with Calvin Klein, instead of coming out with his own brand of cologne, clothes, shoes, etc. like almost all of them do. Sticking with a proven brand is safer and better. I like Calvin Klein’s stuff, so I’ll check out Encounter.
