Andrew Garfield Signs On For 'Spider-Man' Sequel!

Andrew Garfield has officially signed on to reprise his role as Peter Parker and Spider-Man in the upcoming sequel to this summer’s The Amazing Spider-Man, Deadline reports.

Marc Webb, who directed the The Amazing Spider-Man, will also be returning to direct the next installment.

Emma Stone is reportedly also currently in negotiations to reprise her role as Gwen Stacy.

Alex Kurtzman & Roberto Orci and Jeff Pinkner are writing the screenplay.

    That’s cool. The first one wasn’t bad.. but it wasn’t great, it was ok. I like Garfield as Paker so hopefully the sequal will be even darker and better.

    Another one? Ridiculous! They’re wanting to make money with Avengers… I hope they didin’t put Andrew or Emma in Avengers. It will be ridiculous and without any sense of real good taste and talent.
