Hilary Duff stops to fill a parking meter as she does some shopping on Monday (December 10) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 25-year-old actress recently attributed her long, healthy locks to her pregnancy! “No extensions…Feels liberating…lol. Thank you prenatal vitamins!” she tweeted.
