I guess Meryl is gonna win another Oscar!

    sweetness Says:

It definitely looks like Oscar bait..and perhaps Meryl’s 4th Oscar, but then the Academy might not see this as a stretch….it’s a tough call.

    This looks really good !

    Lily Says:

She slapped on a wig and changed her voice. She’s at least getting a nomination.

    Delilah Says:

I’m looking forward to this. Great cast! Abigail Breslin looks so grown.

    Anna Says:

Julia has her sucked in cheeks and pout on full power for this movie. She is pretending to be a “serious actress”. It will be funny watching her trying to hold her own against Meryl.

    Ava Says:

Looks O’K but I can not stand Julia Roberts , her voice , the sunken face .. So annoying , she is unwatchable in a movie , will have to pass.

This looks like a really good movie. Meryl Streep will def get an Oscar nomination. I mean…all the woman has to do is sleep and its a sure win for Best Actress nomination! Love Meryl!

Miscast all around, particularly Meryl Streep – she’s too young and too tall for the role of the mother. Should’ve been Estelle Parsons instead.

Looks very good – they all look like they’ve brought their A-Game. Nice to see Juliette Lewis in something good. Same with Julia roberts. I simply adore Streep. Her work is not to be missed.

I guess I’m in the minority but this looks awful. A lot of overacting even by my beloved Meryl. Didn’t see a likable or interesting character.

I cannot wait until November 8th. So many actors I admire. It has been fun watching Abigail Breslin grow up.

Guys why do u hate julia? She looks wonderful in this movie. My two favourite actresses in one movie. Can’t wait to watch.

Just saw it at TIFF. This is an outstanding cast. Meryl clearly plays a drug addicted bipolar mother…its impossible for anyone else to be as good as she is. Chris cooper is outstanding, so is Juliette Lewis. What a screwed up family. My family dinners are tame compared to this crazy group

    Ava I couldn’t agree more…
That Julia Roberts bugs the living crap out of me.
    I cannot stand her self-important, self-entitled attitude.
    Yuck and yuck.
I would have expected more from Meryl too…super disappointed in her new off screen role as Julia’s bestie, with their hand holding and copycat dressing.
