Avril Lavigne shows her stripes while rehearsing her song “Here’s to Never Growing Up” for the 2013 Much Music Video Awards on Friday (June 14) in Toronto, Canada.

“#HTNGU has been out for 2 months and it’s still in the top 10! You guys are AWESOME!!!!! Let’s get it to 1!” the 28-year-old Canadian singer tweeted earlier in the day.

The day before, Avril and her fiance Chad Kroeger posed together on the red carpet while attending the 2013 Songwriters Hall of Fame Induction and Awards Dinner in the Big Apple.
