Channing Tatum poses for a photo with Bear Grylls on a break from their adventure on Running Wild with Bear Grylls, which will air on Monday (August 11) on NBC.

During the episode, the 34-year-old actor jumps out of a helicopter and into a body of water. When he and Bear got back on land, they stripped off their pants to let them dry.

“I would absolutely say this is more exciting than any movie I’d been on,” Channing said during a confessional. “Everything in the movie world is so planned and generally rehearsed. This is not rehearsed. I don’t know what’s going to happen.”
