Plutarch (Philip Seymour Hoffman) participates in a meeting about Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence)’s biggest strengths in this brand new clip from The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1!

The clip also features Woody Harrelson as Haymitch, Elizabeth Banks as Effie, Liam Hemsworth as Gale, and Julianne Moore as President Coin.
