Cindy Crawford's Viral Bikini Photograph Reportedly a Fake

The unretouched photograph of Cindy Crawford in a bikini that went viral last month is reportedly fake.

The 49-year-old supermodel was photographed for Marie Claire Mexico in a bikini, and the photographer from the shoot, John Russo, is firing back, TMZ reports. He is alleging that the photograph was stolen and altered, and in a letter from his legal team, calls the image “fraudulent” and “significantly doctored/altered.”

In response to the viral photo, Cindy‘s husband Rande Gerber shared a photo of his wife on vacation in a bikini – and her stomach looks flat as can be. See the pic below…

Well, this photo has been described as “un-photoshopped” not “not-photoshopped”. In this case this means photoshopped to make it look worse than the original.

    I thought so.

of course it’s fake. she may not look as perfect as her photos but she certainly doesn’t have a body that looks like that.

Why has it taken over 2 weeks for anyone to say anything about the so called faked picture? You’d think Cindy, her “people” and/or the photographer would have slammed this from day one. Instead—we heard not a word until the photographer just brought this to light. Plenty of time to photoshop the original, right. Very fishy

‘A letter from photographer John Russo’s legal team has been sent to The Telegraph and Sunday Telegraph asking for an apology and demanding that the photo be taken down from its websites. It refers to the photo as being “fraudulent” and “significantly doctored/altered.”‘

It was a leak from Elle magazine, but the leak was altered to make her look worse.

Also from the beginning, even on this site people were saying it was fake. Since we see pics of Cindy and her family at the beach a lot.

It’s amazing how misogynistic people are being..So much hate for a woman’s body’s because her stomach has age lines and is not flat…Then people wonder why so many females suffer from anorexia and go through endless plastic surgery in pursuit of a perfect body. Soon it will be a crime for a woman to age or have wrinkles.

  • Jay

I agree but I don’t know why that would be misogynistic though.

Did people really believe that it was real? Come on. It was clearly a picture altered to look worse as any body who has seen pictures of her in a bikini can attest. I’ve no doubt she does have stretch marks, most women do, and most mothers do, but she certainly doesn’t look like the viral photo.

The pic actually saddened me because she has fantastic genes and to think that drugs and alcohol made her have that skin so young made me feel like confused. I would never have thought she was such a druggie.
    Sorry for my english.

Its a clue of what those people actually think :D

And sometimes they publish photos of them from bad angles, wrong lights… That must be such a pain in the neck for them

its her stomach. look at this compared to a pic of her at the beach. same belly button, same wrinkles. and this beach pic is 7 years old!
