Miley Cyrus keeps it sheer in black while stepping out for dinner at Palm Restaurant with her boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger on Wednesday (March 11) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The couple was joined at the dinner by his mom Maria Shriver and younger brother Christopher.
