Has Cate Blanchett's 'Thor: Ragnarok' Villain Been Revealed?

Cate Blanchett looks gorgeous while greeting the crowd on stage at a screening of Carol on Friday (January 22) at Roppongi Hills in Tokyo, Japan.

The 46-year-old actress will be playing a villainous character in the upcoming movie Thor: Ragnarok, the third film in Chris Hemsworth‘s Marvel franchise, and new details about the character have been revealed.

Cate will play “Hela, the Marvel comic book character who is the ruler of Hel and the realm of Niflheim,” according to Geek.com. It was also reported that her character will be in cahoots with Tom Hiddleston‘s Loki.
