Face swapping is all the rage these days on social media thanks to Snapchat and Supernatural actors Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles are the latest to join the craze.

Jared posted a video on his Facebook of the guys swapping faces while also reminding their fans to buy their charity shirts for the AKF One Year Anniversary Campaign.

“Loving yourself is vital in the fight against mental health problems, so I want to encourage y’all to focus on loving yourselves first… each and every one of you is worthy,” Jared wrote on his Represent.com website.
