Mark Salling Pleads Not Guilty to Child Porn Charges

Mark Salling pleaded not guilty to charges of receiving and possessing child pornography.

The 33-year-old former Glee actor, who surrendered in court on Friday (June 3), was allowed to be released from custody after posting $150,000 in bail, including $100,000 of his own money. He was seen leaving the bank the day before with a check for that exact amount.

Mark had to turn in his passport and his internet-connected devices will be approved by federal authorities. He will also have to wear a location monitoring bracelet and submit to drug testing, the Associated Press reports.

If convicted of the charges, Mark faces as much as 20 years in prison on each count.
