New details have emerged about why Jennifer Lopez broke up with Casper Smart.

The 46-year-old Shades of Blue actress reportedly broke up with her dancer boyfriend after she found him cheating on her, People Magazine reports.

“She kicked him out because he cheated on her and he got caught,” a source told the mag. “It happened two years ago, and he promised he would never do it again and once he did, she was done.”

According to the source, Casper has been trying to reconnect with Jennifer, but she is keeping their relationship completely professional.

Jennifer and Casper first started dating back in 2011. They broke up for a brief time, but reconciled before this most recent split in August.
