VIDEO: 'This Is Us' Men Recreate Jack & Randall's Push-Up Scene!

One of the most touching moments from the latest episode of This Is Us was when Milo Ventimiglia‘s character Jack did push-ups with his son Randall on his back at a karate class.

In the scene, the karate teacher told the dads in the class how they must be there for their kids and the push-ups were symbolic of them pushing through any tough moments in life. When Jack was told he could stop doing the push-ups, he continued doing them to show his commitment to his adopted son.

“I got you @sterlingkb1. Always brother. #ThisIsUs. MV,” Milo tweeted with the video of him doing push-ups with Sterling K. Brown, the older Randall, on his back. He replied with a video of them in reverse positions and said, “…And I got you pop.”

Sterling also posted a video of him doing push-ups with Justin Hartley on his back. “.@MiloVentimiglia and I got @JustinHartley too. He ain’t heavy, he’s my brother,” he captioned the clip. There’s also a video of the reverse positions!
