Jennifer Lawrence's 'mother!' Gets First Look With New Character Poster

Happy Mother’s Day…?

The first look poster at Jennifer Lawrence‘s new film mother! was revealed on Sunday (May 14) and writer/director Darren Aranofsky took advantage of the Mother’s Day holiday to release the visual.

The poster is actually an oil painting by artist James Jean.

Mother! centers on a couple whose relationship is tested when uninvited guests arrive at their home, disrupting their tranquil existence.

The horror/mystery movie also stars Javier Bardem, Ed Harris, Michelle Pfeifer, Domhnall Gleeson and more, and is set to hit theaters on October 17!
