Dove Cameron Is Getting Raves for 'Mamma Mia' at the Hollywood Bowl!
Dove Cameron made her Hollywood Bowl debut in the musical Mamma Mia on Friday night (July 28) and she is getting rave reviews for her performance as Sophie!
The 21-year-old actress is becoming a musical theatre pro following Hairspray Live last year and her work in Disney Channel’s two musical movies in the Descendants franchise. She also grew up listening to Broadway cast recordings and has a love for the stage.
BroadwayWorld.com reviewed the performance and said that Dove “will surely win your heart after seeing this” and that she wowed the audience “with her buttery singing voice.”
Fans on Twitter are questioning when Dove will be making her Broadway debut after her terrific turn in the show.
