Darren Criss Reveals He Faked British Accent for 4 Years After Lying to a Girl - Watch Here!

Darren Criss made an appearance on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon last night (March 1) and revealed he faked a British accent for four years after he got caught up in a massive lie.

The 31-year-old Assassination of Gianni Versace star told Jimmy the hilarious story that stemmed from faking accents with his actor friends back in the day when he lived in San Francisco.

While attending a Phantom Planet concert, Darren decided he wanted to be on the floor instead of the balcony. Using a British accent, he persuaded a woman that he was visiting from the UK and was only in town for one night. “Yeah love, that’s right,” Darren told her, keeping the charade going.
