Armie Hammer Is Returning to Broadway in 'The Minutes'!

Armie Hammer is coming back to Broadway!

The 33-year-old Call Me By Your Name actor will star in a new play by Tracy Letts, The Minutes, alongside Jessie Mueller, Variety confirmed on Thursday (November 7).

Here’s a synopsis: The Minutes “dissects a particularly contentious city council meeting, one in which the hypocrisy, greed, and ambition of various community members bubbles up to the surface.”

Armie recently appeared on Broadway in Straight White Men, and Jessie won a Tony Award for her portrayal of Carole King in Beautiful.

The cast also includes Tony Award winner Blair Brown, Cliff Chamberlain, Tony Award nominee K. Todd Freeman, Sally Murphy, Tony Award nominee Austin Pendleton and Jeff Still.

Performances begin on Febuary 25, 2020 at the Cort Theatre, and the official opening is scheduled for March 15, 2020. It will be a 16-week limited engagement.
