The Crown's Olivia Colman Reveals Her Interaction With Prince William 'Didn't Go Very Well'

Olivia Colman is opening up about meeting Prince William.

The 45-year-old The Crown actress made an appearance on The Graham Norton Show on Friday (November 8).

During the episode, Olivia revealed what it was like meeting the 37-year-old royal.

“It didn’t go very well. I met Prince William at a dinner, and he asked what I was doing at the moment before he quickly added, ‘Actually, I know what you’re doing.’ I was so excited and asked, ‘Have you watched it?’ His answer was a firm, ‘No.’ But he was very charming and very lovely,” she explained.

The Crown‘s third season follows Queen Elizabeth (Colman) and her family struggling to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing Britain, and premieres on November 17 on Netflix.
