Miley Cyrus & Cody Simpson Have Filed Paperwork For 'Bandit and Bardot' Trademark

Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson are taking their relationship to the next level – and filing a trademark together.

TMZ is reporting that the two musicians, and real life couple, have filed a legal documents to trademark ownership of the name “Bandit and Bardot”.

The site points out that the name has its’ own Instagram account and is only following Miley and Cody as of right now.

While we don’t know what Bandit and Bardot will actually become, the documents will cover the name for “entertainment services, including live music performances by a band and live performances by a professional singer, musician and entertainer.”

The trademark will also get a “website focused on live concerts, plus the production of sound recordings on all types of mediums — CDs, DVDs, downloads, ring tones and more.”
