Jessica Simpson Wishes She Would've Gotten a Pre-Nup with Nick Lachey

Jessica Simpson looks radiant in red for her “Open Book” memoir celebration held at at Macy’s Stella 34 Trattoria on Wednesday night (February 5) in New York City.

The 39-year-old singer has been promoting her brand new book all week, dropping a ton of revelations about her past relationships in the past few days, especially about ex Nick Lachey.

During her appearance on the Dr. Oz Show, Jessica admitted that she and Nick didn’t sign a pre-nup, but she wish she had.

“That’s the funny thing: Nick wanted me to sign a prenup and I was so offended,” she shared. “I’m like, ’But we’re going to be together for the rest of our lives. We’re saying our vows to God and in front of all of our family and friends. This is never gonna end.′ And we didn’t sign a prenup.”

Jessica also revealed the last time she slept with Nick and the circumstances of their split.
