Kevin‘s alleged sex tape partner sued him for $60 million, claiming he and his friend conspired to tape their interaction.
He wants the lawsuit dismissed because the process server “simply threw a set of papers out of a car window in view of a security guard” outside the gate of his home, according to the report. As a result, he wants it thrown out.
If you don’t remember, Kevin was sued for the allegation that his 2017 encounter in a Las Vegas hotel room was planned by himself and J.T. Jackson, who was later charged for extortion. He has repeatedly denied knowledge of the recording and says he is a victim of J.T.‘s extortion, too.
He recently began filming his first movie since his serious car accident.
