Prince Charles Keeps A Framed Photo Of This Moment With Meghan Markle at Clarence House

Many things have been revealed about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s lives as senior royals from the new “tell-all” book “Finding Freedom” from authors and royal insiders Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand.

From why Pippa Middleton was reluctant to invite Meghan to her wedding in 2017, to why this necklace caused such a big uproar.

However, there were some sweet things revealed in the book, including how Prince Charles keeps a very special photo of daughter-in-law Meghan at Clarence House.

If you remember, Charles stepped in for Meghan‘s father, Thomas, who couldn’t be at the wedding because of health issues, and walked her down the aisle. This is a moment he holds dear to his heart and as such, has a framed black and white photo of the moment at his residence in London.

A pal of the former actress shared in the book that Charles and Meghan have a great bond with each other.

“[Meghan] found such a supportive and loving father in Charles, which has really changed her life for the better,” they shared.

Another source added, “He likes very strong, confident women. She’s bright and she’s self-aware, and I can see why they’ve struck up a very quick friendship. Most of all, she’s married to [his] beloved youngest son and made him whole. Charles takes enormous delight and pleasure in that.”

Charles has also been known to call Meghan by the nickname of “Tungsten”, because like the metal of the same name, she is tough.
