'Elite' Renewed for Season 4 at Netflix!

Elite is coming back for more!

The hit Netflix Spanish high school series will return for Season 4, it was confirmed via the series’ official social media channels on Friday (May 22).

Season 3 premiered on the streaming platform two months ago. The cast made the exciting announcement of the new season via videos from their homes in quarantine amid the global health crisis. While there’s no premiere date slated just yet especially due to the global production shutdowns, the stars, including Claudia Salas and Miguel Bernardeau, spoke out about the big news.

“I wanted to tell you that we have got the scripts of season 4 and they look so good,” Miguel said.

“You better be prepared, because it’s intense,” added Aron Piper.

The show also stars Georgina Amoros, Itzan Escamilla and Omar Ayuso.

Bryce Dallas Howard has accomplished something that she started 21 years ago!

The 39-year-old actress just graduated from New York University after enrolling in the school back in 1999.

“I am so overcome with joy to share that I have officially graduated from NYU!! 💜 I first enrolled in undergrad in ’99, then took a leave of absence to start working as an actor, so this has been 21 years in the making!” Bryce wrote on her Instagram account.

She added, “It’s been a long dream of mine to complete my formal education and though all of us NYU grads couldn’t wear glorious purple robes together today, I want to say thank you to everyone who supported and encouraged all of us graduates every step of the way. To the class of 2020, WE MADE IT 🎉🎓.”

Meghan Markle did something so sweet for Prince Harry!

According to a new report from People on Friday (May 22), Meghan surprised Harry with a thoughtful gift on his birthday back in September.

“Last year, for Harry‘s birthday, Meghan recreated their Botswana camping adventures in their backyard. It’s a place that means so much to them — and to Harry in particular — so Meghan wanted to bring that happy place to him on his day so she set up a tent, got sleeping bags, cooked dinner and recreated Botswana where they fell in love,” a source told the publication.

If you didn’t know, the couple went to Africa together after two dates in London after meeting in summer of 2016.

“And then it was I think about three, maybe four weeks later that I managed to persuade her to come and join me in Botswana. And we camped out with each other under the stars. She came and joined me for five days out there, which was absolutely fantastic,” Harry previously said of their love story.

Jennifer Lopez is returning for another season of World of Dance next week and luckily, the entire season has finished filming.

The 50-year-old entertainer is opening up about wrapping production on the NBC dance competition series right before the lockdowns started.

“I knew after the Super Bowl, I was going right into World of Dance and right after World of Dance, I was going to take a break,” Jennifer told Variety. “It was Tuesday or Wednesday and we were supposed to be finishing on Sunday, but they came to us and said, ‘We have to finish by Friday. The building is closing down.’ I was like, ‘What?’ It was that week when things got really real.”

Jennifer added, “Then they said, ‘We’re going to do the finale without an audience.’ It was all so new. We did the finale and then I got on a plane and came home and that’s where I’ve been ever since.”

Earlier this week, Jennifer made headlines when she posted a selfie on Instagram and people noticed a mysterious face in the background.

Whitney Way Thore, the star of the TLC reality series My Big Fat Fabulous Life, has announced that she has split from her fiance Chase Severino.

The 36-year-old reality star said she broke off her engagement with Chase after he informed her that he has been with another woman and that the relationship resulted in a pregnancy.

“Hey y’all. This is a really weird and uncomfortable thing to have to ‘announce’ on social media, but as I get more questions and hear more rumors, I figured it was time. Chase and I are no longer engaged,” Whitney wrote on Instagram.

“After experiencing a lot of ups and downs and still living apart, Chase reconnected with a woman with whom he has had a long history. Chase recently told me this information and the fact that it had resulted in a pregnancy. Chase will be a father in October,” she added. “I’m not interested in anything hateful being directed toward anyone. I would ask for privacy for all involved as we move on and focus on the future.”

J.K. Rowling is addressing fan theories about the birthplace of Harry Potter.

The 54-year-old author responded to fans on Twitter on Wednesday (May 20) regarding the origins of the series.

“I was thinking of putting a section on my website about all the alleged inspirations and birthplaces of Potter. I’d been writing Potter for several years before I ever set foot in this cafe, so it’s not the birthplace, but I *did* write in there so we’ll let them off!” she wrote in response to one fan, who asked whether a cafe in Edinburgh, Scotland, The Elephant House, was where she came up with the series.

“This is the true birthplace of Harry Potter, if you define ‘birthplace’ as the spot where I put pen to paper for the first time.’ I was renting a room in a flat over what was then a sports shop. The first bricks of Hogwarts were laid in a flat in Clapham Junction,” she then confirmed.

“*If you define the birthplace of Harry Potter as the moment when I had the initial idea, then it was a Manchester-London train. ut I’m perennially amused by the idea that Hogwarts was directly inspired by beautiful places I saw or visited, because it’s so far from the truth.”

She also revealed where she came up with the idea of Quidditch.

“This building is in Manchester and used to be the Bourneville Hotel (Pretty sure it’s this building. It might be the one along). Anyway, I spent a single night there in 1991, and when I left next morning, I’d invented Quidditch.”

“I sometimes hear Hogwarts was based on one or other of Edinburgh’s schools, but that’s 100% false, too. Hogwarts was created long before I clapped eyes on any of them! I did finish Hallows in the Balmoral, though, & I can’t lie, I’d rate it a smidge higher than the Bournville,” she went on to reveal.

“My favourite bit of utter nonsense about Potter landmarks is still this one. I can’t drive,” she wrote in response to a fan who said a Harry Potter tour in Edinburgh pointed out the parking meter she used while writing the final Harry Potter.
