VIDEO: Donald Trump Gives Victory Speech After Election Win

Donald Trump took to the stage at his election night headquarters following a long night to give his victory speech after he was elected the President of the United States.

The Republican candidate took the time to praise Hillary Clinton on a hard-fought race and to call for unity in the country.

“It is time. I pledge to every citizen of our land that I will be president for all of Americans, and this is so important to me. For those who have chosen not to support me in the past, of which there were a few people, I’m reaching out to you for your guidance and your help so that we can work together and unify our great country,” Trump said. “As I’ve said from the beginning, ours was not a campaign but rather an incredible and great movement, made up of millions of hard-working men and women who love their country and want a better, brighter future for themselves and for their family. It is a movement comprised of Americans from all races, religions, backgrounds and beliefs, who want and expect our government to serve the people, and serve the people it will.”

“Working together we will begin the urgent task of rebuilding our nation and renewing the American dream. I’ve spent my entire life in business, looking at the untapped potential in projects and in people all over the world,” Trump added.

Rachel Maddow Has a Message for Third Party Voters

Rachel Maddow has a message for people that voted for third party candidates in the 2016 Presidential Election and it looks like she is placing some blame on those voters for the results of the election.

“Well, it is what it is. People go into this eyes wide open,” the MSNBC host said during the network’s coverage on election night. “If you vote for somebody who can’t win for president, it means that you don’t care who wins for president.”

Gary Johnson and Jill Stein both received a chunk of votes, even though no one expected either of them to win.
