Some designers thought that Sisqo was at their fashion shows during New York Fashion Week, but it was actually just a lookalike who confused event organizers!

The lookalike was spotted in the front rows at the Vivienne Tam (pictured here) and Philipp Plein shows this week. He was also spotted at Kanye West‘s Yeezy show, according to Page Six.

The identity of the lookalike was reportedly discovered when he tried to board a private jet to the Caribbean with a wealthy New Yorker and his passport revealed his name to be Gavin Barnes and his birth year to be 1986. Sisqo‘s real name is Mark Althavean Andrews and he was born in 1978.

“I never said I was Sisqó. People thought I was him, and that wasn’t cool,” Gavin told Page Six. He denies that he posed as the “Thong Song” singer to get into the shows.

The real Sisqo is aware of the lookalike popping up at fashion week and he has posted “Datz not me” on pictures of the lookalike on Instagram.

The last show of New York Fashion Week is always Marc Jacobs‘ and Katy Perry stepped out to attend the event on Thursday afternoon (February 16) at the Park Avenue Armory in New York City.

The 32-year-old entertainer checked out the designer’s Fall 2017 collection alongside celebs like Mandy Moore, Lil’ Kim, Amanda Peet, Juno Temple, Sara Sampaio, Zosia Mamet, and Frances Bean Cobain.

Some young Hollywood starlets that made an appearance included Sabrina Carpenter, Kiersey Clemons, and Peyton List.

It was a big day for Katy as she also launched her new shoe line, which was created in collaboration with creative director Johnny Wujek.

“Ever since we’ve been working together [about ten years ago], we’ve been on the same creative vibe of thinking outside the box in styling and costuming,” Johnny told Billboard. “She was like, ‘I want to hire you as Creative Director,’ and it’s all happened pretty fast with this first collection.”

FYI: Katy is wearing Established earrings. Sara is wearing Carbon & Hyde split huggie earrings.

Kendall Jenner sits in a chair with her phone in hand and her legs outstretched during the finale of Marc Jacobs‘ show held during New York Fashion Week on Thursday (February 16) in New York City.

The annual show was a unique event as there was no production value inside the Park Avenue Armory. Seats were lined along the full length of the venue and models walked down the runway with no music playing. Photos were also not allowed inside the venue.

After the show ended, the guests were directed outside a door and the models were sitting in chairs in front of a giant structure of speakers with music blaring. The streetwear collection was effectively taken to the streets!

Kendall and the other models did one final walk while heading back inside the venue.

Kanye West debuted his Yeezy Season 5 Fashion Show in New York City on Wednesday (February 15), and now every single look from his collection has been revealed.

Moments before the show began, the 39-year-old entertainer and designer kicked the media and photographers out of the show, and did not allow guests to take photos. The photos below are the only official pics from the entire show!

“So proud of my baby for his amazing show today! It was so good! I’m so SO proud of him!!! #yeezyseason5,” Kim Kardashian tweeted after the show in support of her husband.

Kendall Jenner looks sophisticated as she makes her way down the runway during the Ralph Lauren Fashion Show on Wednesday night (February 15) in New York City.

The 21-year-old model wore a cream-colored blazer along with leopard print heels while carrying an animal-print bag.

Also spotted on the runway during the show were Taylor Hill and Bella Hadid.

This is the third show Kendall and Bella walked in together today!

The models also hit the runway for the Michael Kors and Anna Sui shows as well.

Mandy Moore admires Sienna Miller‘s killer style.

The 32-year-old This Is Us actress recently gushed over her fashion choices while attending 2017 New York Fashion Week where she was seen sitting front row at the Marchesa show on Wednesday (February 15) in New York City.

“If I were friends with Sienna Miller, I’d like to raid her closet. We’re not friends, but Sienna, I’m absolutely open!” Mandy told People.

Also pictured: Sienna steps out at a private dinner celebrating the new Savannah Miller bridal collection at The Ivy Chelsea Garden after touching down at Heathrow with co-star Charlie Hunnam earlier in the day in London, England.
