On Friday (June 30), the 33-year-old pro surfer announced that she and husband Adam Dirks had welcomed their fourth child together.
Bethany and Adam welcomed a baby girl named Alaya Dorothy.

Bethany Hamilton has decided not to participate in the upcoming World Surf League events.
If you don’t know, the 33-year-old was the victim of a 2003 shark attack, where she lost one of her arms. She came back with extreme resilience to continue her celebrated surfing career.
The WSL recently announced that it would be adopting the International Surfing Association’s policy on transgender participation, which requires trans-female athletes seeking to compete in the women’s division to maintain a testosterone level of less than five nonomoles per liter (nmol/L) for at least 12 months.
Bethany – who is a devout Christian – has decided to boycott the events because of this decision.

Bethany Hamilton is a mom of three!
The 31-year-old pro surfer gave birth to her third son on Valentine’s Day, Sunday (February 14).
Bethany‘s husband Adam Dirks announced the arrival of baby No. 3 on her website, revealing that they named their son Micah.
“It’s a boy! His name is Micah,” Adam wrote. “Mama is happy and healthy. We are just so thankful that everything went really smooth!”
He continued, “It’s an amazing blessing… the birthing process and the miracle of life that God has given. We are humbled and thankful that we get another opportunity to raise a son in his faith. Hopefully we can be good examples and love on him.”
Bethany and Adam first announced they were expecting again back in October. They have been married since 2013 and share two other sons – Tobias, 5, and Wesley, 2.

The 30-year-old pro surfer took to her Instagram on Saturday (October 17) to announce that she and husband Adam Dirks are expecting baby No. 3.
“Grateful for more family fun to come!!! ✨🤰🏼♥️🥰” Bethany wrote along with a cute photo showing off her growing baby bump in several different bikinis.
Bethany and Adam have been married since 2013, and share two sons – Tobias, 5, and Wesley, 2.
The boys also made an appearance in Bethany‘s pregnancy announcement vid.

Bethany Hamilton and husband Adam Dirks hit the red carpet at the premiere of Bethany Hamilton: Unstoppable at the 2018 Tribeca Film Festival on Thursday (April 20) at the SVA Theater in New York City.
This is the first time the 28-year-old professional surfer has stepped out since welcoming her second son Wesley Philip back in March.

The 25-year-old pro surfer announced the exciting news via Twitter in the baby’s first photo with her and husband Adam Dirks.
“Blessed to welcome our son, Tobias, into the world! #stokedmomma,” Bethany captioned it. Too cute!
Bethany and Adam revealed they were expecting a baby boy back in February after competing on CBS’s The Amazing Race.
