Bruce Dern and June Squibb hit the carpet at the 2014 Film Independent Spirit Awards held at the beach on Saturday (March 1) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The actors were both nominated at the awards show for their work in the movie Nebraska, but unfortunately they did not win.

Also in attendance at the show was their co-star Will Forte, who was nominated for Best Supporting Male.

Bruce brought along his daughter Laura Dern and his wife Andrea Beckett to the show while Will was joined by his mom Patricia.

Ethan Hawke is dapper in a suit while attending the 2014 AARP’s Movies for Grownups Awards Gala with his daughter Maya held at Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel on Monday (February 10) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 43-year-old actor was joined on the red carpet by Nebraska stars Will Forte, Bruce Dern, and June Squibb.

The 64-year-old actress is nominated this year for Best Actress for her working in the film August: Osage County.

The 77-year-old actor was also joined at the show by his Nebraska co-star June Squibb.

Bruce was up for the award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role, but lost to Dallas Buyers Club‘s Matthew McConaughey.

June was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role, but lost to 12 Years a Slave‘s Lupita Nyong’o.

Bruce Dern hits the red carpet with his wife Andrea at the 2014 Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 12) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 77-year-old actor was nominated in the Best Actor – Comedy or Musical category for his work in Nebraska, but lost out to Leonardo DiCaprio for The Wolf of Wall Street.

Also on the red carpet that evening was June Squibb, his Nebraska co-star, who was also nominated for her work in the Best Supporting Actress – Comedy or Musical category. She unfortunately lost out to Jennifer Lawrence for American Hustle.

Lupita Nyong’o hits the red carpet at the 2014 Los Angeles Film Critics Association Awards held on Saturday evening (January 11) in Los Angeles.

The 30-year-old actress won the Best Supporting Actress award for her work in 12 Years a Slave.

Also in attendance were Best Supporting Actor winner James Franco for his work in Spring Breakers, Best Actor winner Bruce Dern for his work in Nebraska, and Best Director winner Spike Jonze for his work on Her.
